Return and Refund Policy – Suniluxe
Shipping and Returns
Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers to ensure fast delivery. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at suniluxe@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. We will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. Once the returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
Please note that return processing may take longer due to shipping and inspection procedures. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us.
Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted after this period.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service at suniluxe@gmail.com within the 14-day return window to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging or equivalent.

Items returned damaged, incomplete, or showing signs of use will not be refunded.

Customized, discounted, or non-returnable items are excluded from returns and refunds.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error or defective product. Please provide proof of return shipping costs in such cases for reimbursement.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
Items that do not meet return conditions may be refused or subject to partial refund depending on their condition.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at suniluxe@gmail.com with:

We will then offer a solution such as replacement, refund, or store credit.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can assist with a claim.
Promotions and Discounts
If your purchase used a conditional promotion (e.g., “Buy more, save more”) and you return part of your order, the discount will be recalculated based on the new total.
Limited edition or personalized items are not eligible for promotions.
Price Adjustment Policy
If an item you purchased goes on sale within 14 days of your purchase, you may request a price adjustment under the following conditions:
