Shipping

We offer both standard products and custom 3D printed creations.

Orders are processed with care according to the following timelines:

  • Standard products: shipped within 1 to 3 business days
  • Custom / Made-to-measure products: shipped within 2 to 5 business days, depending on complexity

Once shipped, delivery generally occurs within the following timelines:

  • Morocco: 2 to 5 business days
  • International: 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination

A tracking number is provided upon shipment to track your order in real-time.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is at the heart of our priorities.

Standard products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt, only in case of defect, delivery damage, or non-conformity.

Customized or made-to-measure products are not eligible for return or refund, except in case of manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Any request must be accompanied by the order number and proof (photos) if necessary.
